It's me, hi! I'm Dess. I'm a lover of adventures, dogs, Starbucks, and of course Taylor Swift. I have a huge heart for capturing all of life's in-between moments. The real, messy, authentic moments. The moment's that are unique to you. Photography isn't just what I do, it is something I was made for. Capturing two souls who are madly in love is my biggest joy and I am so honored each time I have the opportunity to be behind the camera. When I'm not photographing love stories, you can find me thrifting, planning my next adventure, or spending time with my golden retriever puppy, Julian.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me outdoors hiking, fishing, exploring somewhere new, or unwinding while watching a hockey game. My love for telling stories through film comes from my parents’ marriage. For over 40 years, through all of life’s highs and lows they showed me what real commitment and lasting love look like. It’s that kind of connection I strive to capture in every story I tell.
